At Pilgrim, we consider our loyal customers to be at the heart of our large family. While we have implemented new measures to ensure the security of all, it was therefore essential for us to adjust our return policies and thus facilitate your online shopping during this period of crisis.
All purchases made on www.pilgrimjewellery.ca after March 15th may be returned within 60 days of the order date.
Select your return needs
We accept returns of unworn merchandise in it’s original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method, excluding the $8.00 delivery charge (plus applicable taxes). It is also possible to make an exchange in one of our shops, upon presentation of the receipt, if the item is in perfect condition.
How do I get a refund?
Please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions. Once your return is received, allow us 7 to 10 days to process of the refund.
We are unable to offer online exchanges. We suggest you make a return and then place a new order online. It is also possible to make an exchange in one of our shops, upon presentation of the receipt, if the item is in perfect condition.
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. The items on sale are final sale.
Price adjustments will be offered for items purchased at regular price that have gone on sale within 14 days of the order date. Pilgrim will not offer any price adjustments on items subject to promotion.
Any credit note will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, which can be used on the www.pilgrimjewellery.ca website. Electronic gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.
Items paid by Paypal can be refunded once we receive the goods. If you wish to return the items in the store, only an exchange or a credit note will be possible.
Details about online orders
Following payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your delivery address, payment details and the items ordered. It is important to verify that this information is correct. If you realize that an error has occurred in your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at email@example.com or 1-866-658-3088. We will do everything else we can to resolve the situation. Please note that Pilgrim is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, lost or damaged returns. Delivery costs sent to the wrong address will have to be covered by the customer.
Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

We accept exchanges for unworn items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. Items without a receipt will be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
For reasons of hygiene, the earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. The items on sale are final sale.
Price adjustments will be offered upon presentation of the original receipt only, 14 days after the date of purchase for regular priced items. Pilgrim will not offer any price adjustments for promotional items.
Gift cards can only be exchanged for Pilgrim merchandise and are non-refundable. Pilgrim is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the Gift Card.
Holiday Return Policy
Since Pilgrim jewellery is a great gift for our loved ones, Pilgrim offers an extended return policy during this period.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of delivery date to request a replacement. Please include a photo and a brief description of the damaged item.
