We are searching for a skilled e-commerce and marketing coordinator who can handle various tasks such as managing online platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with different teams to ensure the success of our brand. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and optimizing Pilgrim's website and other digital channels while actively contributing to the marketing strategy. The main mission of the marketing coordinator will be to contribute, as part of a team, to increasing the brand's revenue and supporting traffic acquisition and awareness efforts. This person will directly support the marketing director, work closely with the creative and retail teams, and use creativity to develop marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of e-commerce data analysis, the candidate will conduct regular analyses to align with the overall strategy.

E-commerce

  • Data entry (Shopify)
  • Upload and update content (text, photos, videos, etc.)
  • Create product pages in Shopify for the B2C and B2B websites
  • Program newsletters in Klaviyo
  • Program SMS in Postscript and Lightspeed Loyalty
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce agency for ad placements and other updates
  • Update the website according to various launches and digital initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to boost online sales
  • Web merchandising
  • META store updates

Content Creation

  • Assemble newsletters in Adobe Express or other software (templates and briefs provided)
  • Assemble digital ads in Adobe Express or other software (templates and briefs provided)
  • Create graphic content for the B2C and B2B websites in Adobe Express or other software (banners, photos, etc.)

Digital Marketing

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy (social media ads, email marketing, SMS marketing, SEO, SEA, etc.)
  • Provide direct support to the digital marketing director
  • Communicate various marketing initiatives (promotions, events, etc.) to different shopping centers and provide them with the necessary visuals for publication on their various channels.

Data Analysis

  • Use analytical tools to assess marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop regular reports on key performance indicators from Shopify, Lightspeed, and Google Analytics.

Competitive Monitoring and Research

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' online presence.
  • Identify opportunities and best practices in the field.

We are looking for an assistant manager to create and execute the store strategy and operate at the highest standards. You will be responsible to generate sales growth through all facets of your store, visual merchandising, stock control and the development of your team. Our store managers are natural leaders and excellent coaches and provide the best customer experience in the industry.

  • Use the Pilgrim Stylist program to reach and surpass sales goals.
  • Use the Pilgrim Signature actions to promote optimal customer experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for PILGRIM by understanding the company values and story.
  • A PILGRIM store manager is a product expert. You should understand the trends, stories and product details and promote them to customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure the store is configured optimally for a fantastic customer experience.
  • Use the money mapping to make decisions and changes to the merchandising.
  • Maintain strict control of inventory, money, and other PILGRIM assets.
  • Ensure the inventory levels are accurate and maintain a shrink of less than 1% annually.
  • Optimize the store organization, so replenishment is done swiftly and accurately.
  • You will be responsible for establishing a personalized development plan for every team member of your store.
  • Use and create contests to increase the store KPIs and team motivation.
  • Conduct evaluation for every employee of your store. Use the S.M.A.R.T. method to establish objectives and the E.D.O.F. method to train your team for success.
  • Ensure promotions, visual merchandising standards and markdowns are up to PILGRIM standards.
  • Plan the store schedules, so they respect the SR% ratio established in collaboration with the District Manager. The schedules should be done, so it promotes an optimal customer experience.
  • Protect and secure PILGRIM assets through staff awareness and coaching.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to plan and improve store operations.

  • University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

We are looking for a dynamic sales associate to join the Pilgrim family. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a sales mindset. Attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills are also essential. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and takes the initiative. They must also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and will be primarily responsible for the following.

  • Maximize sales and customer experience levels.
  • Provide a unique and personalized experience for each customer based on their needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and stay current on new products and trends.
  • Perform sales, billing and packaging of items.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is presented attractively and according to store standards.
  • Know and practice store policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the backroom is well organized.
  • Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment.
  • Appropriately and effectively utilize the store's IT platforms.
  • Utilize a customer approach that minimizes store waste.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and optimized for an unforgettable shopping experience.
