You will be responsible to generate sales growth through all facets of your store, visual merchandising, stock control and the development of your team. The Pilgrim family is growing, and we are on the hunt for an entrepreneurial individual to join our tight-knit crew.

Fundamentals:

  • Providing frictionless experiences to our Wholesale Partners and end consumers by providing support to all third-party-owned store classes, including franchised concept stores, multi-brand stores (shop-in-shop), and small independents.
  • We are looking for a candidate that either live within the province of Ontario or the region of Montreal.
  • The Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Wholesale activity within the province of Ontario and will be required to travel extensively within the province. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with traveling between 65 and 85 business days per year within Ontario visiting and building rapport with our existing and future wholesale partners.
  • Currently Pilgrims has 69 Active Partnerships within the province of Ontario. Our goal is to grow the territory to 120 Active Accounts.
  • Developing strategic sales and growth plans along with ensuring the sustainable growth, and profitability of your territory.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans, maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Duties, Expectations, Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly traveling with sales samples to visit Active Accounts and open new prospective accounts.
  • Ability to align Pilgrim objectives with the objectives of each account and design business solutions that deliver mutually beneficial results.
  • Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and buyers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by strengthening relationships with customers.
  • Ability to implement strategies for maximizing sales and profits within your sales region.
  • Attend shows, both local and national (2-3 times a year). Help with show set up and work with active and new customers.
  • Help and inspire retailers to promote the brand on their social media accounts.
