If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method, excluding the $8.00 delivery charge (plus applicable taxes).

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.

Please note, orders paid by Paypal are only eligible for an exchange or credit note in-store.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email [email protected] within 7 business days of the delivery date to request a replacement.
Please include a photo and a brief description of the damaged item.

HOW DO I BEGIN MY RETURN?
Please write an email to our team at [email protected] with the order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Once your return is received, please allow us 7 to 10 days to process the refund.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges exclusively in-store only of unworn merchandise, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to offer exchanges online. You may make a return an place a new order online.
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.

PAYPAL
Items paid by Paypal can be refunded once we receive the goods. If you wish to return the items in the store, only an exchange or a credit note will be possible.

Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

PRICE AJUSTMENTS
If within 14 days of original purchase your item is marked down, Pilgrim offers a one-time price adjustment with presentation of original receipt. Price adjustments will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on promotional items or during promotional periods.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Pilgrim offers an extended return policy for orders placed as of November 1st- December 25th. The return deadline for orders placed during this time is January 31st.
