If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of the received date. For Canadian customers refunds will be issued on the original payment method, excluding the $8.00 delivery charge (plus applicable taxes). Please note, should you pay using Paypal you are only eligible for an exchange or Pilgrim credit note when returning merchandise in store.

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email [email protected] within 7 business days of the received date to request a replacement. Please include a photo and a brief description of the damaged item.

If there is an error or an item missing from your order, please email [email protected] within 3 business days of the delivery.

Pilgrim offers an extended holiday return policy for any items purchased as of November 1st to December 25th. The deadline return is Jan 31st 2021. We do not accept refunds or return on December 26,27 & 28.

HOW DO I BEGIN MY RETURN?
Please write an email to our team at [email protected] with the order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions. Once your return is received, please allow us between 7 to 10 business days to process the refund.
Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges online. You may make a return and place a new order online. However, we accept exchanges exclusively in our Pilgrim boutiques of unworn merchandise, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale.

Price adjustments will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on promotional items or during promotional periods.
